Warranty Claim Process:
1. Report issue to quality@hv-caps.com with: PO number, part number, quantity affected, failure description/photos
2. HVC quality team responds within 48 hours with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
3. Return defective units (prepaid shipping by HVC for confirmed manufacturing defects)
4. Root cause analysis performed within 2 weeks of receipt
5. Resolution: Replacement parts shipped + corrective action report
Exclusions (not covered):
* Damage from misuse, over-voltage, or exceeding rated parameters
* Improper storage or handling (moisture, mechanical damage)
* Modifications or rework after original shipment
* Normal wear beyond specified lifetime ratings
Extended Warranty: Available for qualified programs at additional cost — up to 60 months coverage with negotiated terms.
