We have received several orders from clients for the 40KVDC153K high-voltage ceramic power capacitors(doorknob type). These capacitors are utilized in both electrical and mechanical equipment. After investing significant time and effort over the past two months, we have successfully concluded the final testing phase, with the following results (supported by evidence provided by one famous Fortune 500 company):

 

Nominal voltage: 40KVDC

Nominal capacity: 15000PF

Test voltage: 60KVDC

Testing duration: 120 hours

Results: All parameters within normal range

Breakdown voltage (destructive test): 84KVDC

Based on the test results, end user has confirmed that this product (high-voltage ceramic capacitor) meets a client's requirement of obtaining a peak tension of 30KVAC energy (with a voltage range of 10KVAC to 30KVAC).

 

With these satisfactory results, production has been authorized. The initial order is expected to be approximately 5,000 units, with payment scheduled for the end of November. The first shipment will be completed around September 15th, and delivery will commence thereafter.

 

Please note that this testing was conducted alongside other products from the HVCT8G series of high-capacity high-voltage ceramic capacitors, including 30KV20000PF and 40KV10000PF models.
